What is counselling?

Counselling is time set aside where we focus solely on you and what you would like to bring to the session.

My Therapy & Approach

The type of therapy I offer is based on the principle that everyone has the capacity for positive change, when provided with a safe, non-judgmental place to do so.

It’s a chance for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, or any particular experiences in your life that may be worrying you or causing anxiety – this will be done without judgement.

Sessions can take place in person in Liverpool or from your home, via Zoom

How will the sessions work?

Sessions will take place either face to face in my room in Liverpool City Centre, over the phone or online via Zoom. 

Sessions can take place on Thursday.
