Walk & Talk Therapy
Walk & Talk therapy is where we take our counselling sessions out into nature.
This is particularly appealing to those who enjoy being outside, don’t like confined spaces, or want to try something new.
Walk & Talk therapy provides a unique opportunity to combine physical activity with therapy, to improve your overall health and wellness. Clients can often relate their experiences to what they may see in the environment and this can help sometimes if certain feelings are difficult to articulate.
Our outdoor sessions take part in Sefton Park.
