If 24 hours’ notice is not given, you will be required to pay for the appointment.
Where will our sessions take place?
Face-to-face sessions will take place in my office in Liverpool City Centre and online sessions via zoom. Telephone sessions are also available.
Are sessions confidential?
Furthermore, the safety and protection of children and others is of utmost importance. If you disclose any details that suggest a child or another person has been harmed or is at risk of harm, I must share this information with relevant agencies.
People can often seek therapeutic support in times of crisis and they may be feeling suicidal. It is important for you to know that these feelings can be explored in a safe way in our sessions.
It may be that just talking about these feelings can help you to feel less overwhelmed. In some cases though, these feelings can become stronger and individuals may feel the need to harm themselves in some way. If this happens, some additional support may be needed and I will discuss this with you.
I would hope to gain your consent to contact other medical professionals to support us in keeping you safe.

Moreover, from a legal perspective, I am obligated by law to report any information related to serious organised crimes such as money laundering, drug or human trafficking, terrorism or dealing in weapons.
If any of the aforementioned situations arise, only appropriate details will be shared with the relevant authorities.
These will be discussed further in our first session when we complete our client contract together.
