I am an inquisitive person and have a deep-seated desire to work with people in order to help them make sense of their experiences and work towards fulfilment.

I have a background in education, having taught in primary schools in the UK and overseas. Living abroad was so exciting for me but I feel like I was called back to my home here in Liverpool.

I hold a Masters degree in counselling, am BACP-registered and work with adults both privately and in mental health settings – I currently work for a well-known children’s hospice and have worked for a domestic abuse service.

When I’m not working you’ll find me walking in nature, practising my love of breathwork or exploring the UK in my trusty campervan.
